Overhaul and Modernization of BFT 130/6 Milling and Drilling Machine 

• equipping in Siemens Sinumerik 840D CNC control, Heidenhain measuring systems (coded rulers), table rotation as an additional axis and Siemens SIMODRIVE 611 drive
• replacement of the entire electrical system - limit switches, electrical connectors, new wiring, etc. using Siemens and MOELLER components, new  RITTAL JP65 control cabinet with a heat exchanger
• the most important aspects of mechanical repair are the regeneration of the body, grinding of rails, replacement of lead screws for ball screws, replacement of rolling bearings for sliding bearings and slide shafts and gears of all the machine components, replacing work spindles, sealants, geometry setting 
• preparing new operation and maintenance manuals as compliant with CE conformity
