Overhaul and Modernization of the Vertical 1525 Turning and Boring machine:

• Design, fabrication and commissioning of machines equipped with PRONUM 630 T controls, 630 T LCD monitor and SSD Drives 637+ transmission system
• Implementation of completely new electrical systems - replacement of old components, using RITTAL electrical cabinet with heat exchanger, MOELLER electrical equipment, implementing a power outlet for maintenance proposes along with preparing complete documentation
• Selected aspects in the field of mechanical repair include: replacing screw propellers for ball screw drives, making new covers for beam and column guides, regeneration of the table and the crossrail including the drive, vertical, lateral crossrails and power hydraulics
